Desiring to raise me during a rolling day dedicated to the rodging of my tires, I decided to make the Belgians boiler the middle point of a loop of 325 km through the sumptuous landscapes of Livradois Forez and Velay. After discovering the wild beauty of the devil bridge and the Chalençon castle, I stopped in this estaminet and sat down on the terrace.At the first sip of Belgian beer, at the first bite of silver and fries, I felt the heavens open and a powerful voice coming from Upper saying to me: then, kid, do you believe in me there once? . As this voice had the accent of Benoît Poelvoorde, I relaxed and enjoyed these excellent specialties very quietly (with a second beer to bring down the emotion.One and a half hour later, I left this establishment and its friendly patron to continue my journey ...by the Chaise-Dieu (after the devil bridge, and although free thinker, I played security! .I therefore advise to any Cartesian spirit wishing to try a mystical culinary experience while having the possibility of a pleasant conversation to fronce the Belgians. The Belgian frite is part of UNESCO's intangible heritage. Belgian beer too. And it's deserved by Toutatis!

The best fries of Haute Loire Bière excellent (the Cuvée des Trolls actually drinks like little milk). Excellent price ratio.Reception very warm, very friendly boss with what it takes Belgian accent.
