We have tried a lot of pizza restaurants and it is really hard to find one where you get fresh made pizzas with quality ingredients (I would think that 99% of them buy ready made pizza bottoms, put some ingredients on them and put them in the oven).Au four à bois is one of those rare pearls that are proud to make the pizzas in the good old fashioned way, ánd using quality ingredients. Au Four a Bois is a new pizza restaurant in Flayosc in a location that has hosted a couple of bust restaurants in the last few years. The signs are that they will last longer because the food is good, the service is swift and cheerful, and the prices are as you'd expect. Plenty of variety is available on the menu, as long as you like pizza. If you don't, then don't come here. Also does takeaway, which you might like to consider as there aren't many seats inside when the weather is cold. Recommended!

Relatively new pizza restaurant in Flayosc. Although it was a busy night and space was scarce they very helpfully got a table for the four of us. There was a large party having dinner elsewhere in the restaurant (actually some people from another restaurant in town) but they squeezed in our order so we wouldn't be too delayed!Pizzas were outstanding. Service excellent and friendly. Great value. Will be back real soon.

We went there with 8 people. We tried to order in our best French (which is terrible). But she surprised us by responding to English. Apart from English, they went out to make our evening great. The pizza itself is in...a Steinfurnice and were amazing. All in all a wonderful restaurant with wonderful people. Reserva una mesa ahora

All restaurants were completely full when we visited flayosc, so we decided to go for a pizza. Turned out to be the best pizza we had during our holiday. Very friendly staff and relaxed atmosphere. We'll come back here.

Enjoyed dining outside in the ambience of Flayosc in a warm June evening. Galettes, vast range of pizzas, some other dishes too. Some suitable for vegetarians, which seems to be as rare as hen's teeth down here!

We went here in September 2015 while on holiday in Flayosc, the food and staff are excellent, and I highly recommend Au Four a Bois. We're looking forward to going back this year.

We stayed there on the way back from Verdon Gorge, they do not open up for table service until 19:00, it was the waiting to serve big pizza and very nice people. Reserva una mesa ahora

Excellent choice of pizzas which you can take away or eat on the premises. We also had the lasagne, which was very good. Good service, friendly and helpful.

Excellent and great value pizzas made in a wood fired oven. Service friendly and experienced. Will definitely be back again.
