excellent lunch with friends. Think about booking because they are very successful. everything was delicious I have raffled with the fleshy trout to wish. and don't hesitate to ask the manager her delicious hazel mocha, she will love this private jokeje will come back with the children to hike and order them pic nic baskets with the products of the region. Great atmosphere on the terrace ... good and friendly: I love to do at least once ... very nice place. Nice team.

I and my husband have been insulted by the manager of the institution following one of their irresponsible and vulgar waitress to the customers. No staff smiles. expensive and very bad meal the same as in the canteen, however fortunately that the vallon frame is idyllic as well as its tourists!!!! the girl to mr the mayor should review her friendliness!!! we are climbers and come very regularly to buoux and we will repend the very incorrect reception!1

the hostel welcomes hikers (solos, couples, groups) because the area is remarkably rich in walks. a large swimming pool; two large terraces for lunch or dinner. lunch: only a small meal: an excellent cutlery tray for just a little over 5 euros, idem for the cheese tray. very friendly service but of course, when there is a lot of people, you have to wait a bit (it is reasonable). restaurant at night: count 25 euros.

On a cycling tour - hot and hungry - we decided to follow the (rather dilapidated) signs to this auberge. We were so glad we did. Charming and original, with lovely staff - the food was simple and delicious. We had the cheese platter and the charcuterie platter - both served in wooden boxes. All lovely and fresh and delicious. impossible to reach the hostel on the phone last week to book a table on Friday night. several messages left, but never a reminder. Obviously, do we care about customers (too)? many in this season, but because they don't respect them maybe they'll go somewhere else?

Ideal for a meal after a long day of hiking - delicious selection of local starters on a platter, then a meat or fish dish with veg, and a choice of desserts - all home made. Great setting in a dramatic valley with cliffs above.

Crudities with 2 fresh sauces, surprise with a delicious stuffed mussel, among the 3 proposals with the same fresh accompaniment, the trout was to point!Servi with the smile of julie, which was also effective at the reception.
