Thank you for this good time spent in your inn and your company. you feel the passion of your profession and your wife's cooking is great. everything was perfect, the yellow wine trout was melting, cooked to perfection. the well-served and excellent bite crust, the cream burned with anis pontarlier was sublime. the origin of the products and breeders on the map is great. eating all these products of such quality and cooking so perfectly for a menu at 27.5€ is very affordable. I strongly recommend your accommodation and come back to see you on our next holiday. Don't change anything and thank you.
The food and service here is family style, with traditional dishes from the region. For sunny days they have a large outside terrace. There is also a bar area if you just want to stop by for a coffee or a cold beer whilst out hiking. A few 100 meters up the road past the restaurant is a beautiful vista over the 'Valley de la Loue' an absolute 'must visit' when you made it all the way up here in the first place.
at the end of the road, this hostel offers simple and very well-made dishes including a crust to the bites...The boss, who does the service (madame officie in beautiful way in kitchen), is a bit rough first, but is actually very nice when he has time to engage the conversation: he has very good advice on the fruit trees of his beautiful regionsuperbes ballads to do before or after in the valley of the road!
Very good restaurant, which has charmed us.We can taste the local specialties: truite in the county, tinned with yellow wine and bits, lamb with basil. We came to 4, we all took different dishes and for each of us the meal seemed divine to us. In addition the frame is nice, there is the view of the monk to be seen next to it and the welcome is very warm. It's an emergency if it's already done!

little people the night we came. a very good welcome. We tasted the yellow wine trout and the trout paned in the county. Both dishes were very good and very well prepared as their accompaniments. In dessert, we tried the cream burnt to the absinth and the cut of ice to the grill. very good too. the ratio quality / price is excellent.
a well located hostel, but unfortunately it rains so much that we do not take advantage of this beautiful countryside. Very good cuisine with good products, the boss made us know an excellent wine, warm welcome. only problem, a big table in the room with children more than noisy, which is not pleasant, damage to us.
