Auberge La Cascade

Une cuisine raffiné et pleine de saveur. J'ai pu être surpris par la qualité et les quantités proposer. Il se fait rares de nos jours, de trouver des st jacques aussi bonne, je recommande vivement le Moelleux au châtaigne, léger et fondant.Malheureusement, je suis très déçu par l’accueil à l'arrivé au restaurant pour dîner. On nous propose une table en plein milieu du passage alors qu'une petite salle en pierre et climatisé ce trouve sur le côté, pour ma part, c'est inadmissible.Rapport Qualité prix : sur le menu à 43 euro, très copieux, mais rien à redire, la cuisine et vraiment exceptionnel.Coter hébergement ; arriver aux alentours de 19 h, on nous a trouvé une chambre, je regrette la tapi...

Petite balade en moto en soirée,nous nous sommes arrêtés à la cascade pour dîner, le cadre est magnifique, Bon accueil, terrasse très agréable, côté restauration, C est bien sans plus,1 menu à 19 €90 terrine de campagne basique bien servie avec une petite salade , une bonne truite, garniture un peu juste pour un bon mangeur,dessert 2 belles tranches de nougat glacé ,ma femme a pris une noix de st Jacques à 21 euros qu' elle a apprécié, garniture suffisante pour elle,suivie d une île flottante manquant un peu de crème anglaise. Nous avons passé un bon moment ,arrêt sympa pour dîner un soir d été.

Too bad that the rooms are so devoid of charm when you arrive in such an incredible environment. small, tiny windows, despite having paid more for a room comfort indoor pool with a non-transparent dome, you feel locked. restaurant of the hostel good, a expensive hair (forcedly when the first restaurant is 20 min. concretely we pay the place, crazy charm in the day and once the night falls. Only hotel in this place. Yes, it's worth the detour, but bad value for the hotel, you have to know. However, thanks for letting us park the bikes in the closed parking lot.

We've been in love for a weekend lately and we're happy. Besides the splendid and relaxing setting, the hostel is very charming. the reception is of quality, always pleasant, including with our dog that we have been able to take, we have very well ate there, the rooms have all the minimum (while remaining very comfortable of course) and for the time spent inside it is very well. the pool is an asset, especially with views of the gorges and waterfalls. the many activities around St.Chely of the tarn made the stay even more memorable. comme j'étais en demi-pension, j'ai eu le menu du jour. Il y a quand le choix entre deux entrées, deux plats et plusieurs desserts. Les produits sont, pour la plupart, locaux et goûteux. C'était un peu trop copieux pour moi puisque le soir je préfère manger un peu plus léger mais je n'ai pu résister.
