L'auberge Du Moulin

came this late season with my wife and son, we spent a night in this establishment and have lunch, dinner and breakfast. We spent the last of very pleasant moments. the reception and our care throughout this short stay have been of great quality with a team at our ears. the room was clean and comfortable, and the kitchen was excellent. a little reduced in proposal but it is understandable a few days from the closure. the service was also very pro. bravo and good continuation to the team.

stay in April 2023, 1 night: Very warm welcome, beautiful attic room. We ate very well in a lovely setting. The hotel is well located and very well maintained, the waiters and owners take great care. stay in May 2024, 2 nights: Very good times at the restaurant. The same team as in 2023: professional, friendly, in short a great stay in a magnificent region. To be done with half board or room menus at the restaurant, the service/price ratio is great. In short, we loved it.

Great time with my partner. bedroom with terrace really very nice. reception at the top and very professional. Let's talk about the restaurant: excellent!!! The homemade fact is delicious, the chef is there, it sees, dishes to the top! Bravo, it's an exceptional establishment. ah yes, by the way: prices are very affordable and a complementary mention for alexandre, young passionate waiter, very professional, class, rare, impeccable! restaurant: warmly welcomed without reservation. waitress and waitress were very professional, pleasant and smiling. The terrace is pretty. a small couac on an entrance that was kindly compensated at the time of the addition by the owner who offered us the coffee. a couple of integers, who puts heart in service and cooking, the dishes were good with a beautiful presentation. clean sanitary. correct addition to this type of establishment. I ate at the Auberge du Moulin this afternoon with my 91-year-old mother. We had an excellent welcome. There were people there but the servers took care of us. The dishes are delicious local and cooked well! I recommend Mireille Dufournet The lime tree in the Cévennes

We had lunch at the inn on Wednesday everything was perfect the service and the menu nothing was missing our server (despite the crowd) took the time to ask us if everything was okay we had a great time and we recommend this establishment without hesitation

Bonne cuisine, belle terrasse vue sur le Tarn ombragée. Excellent service classe et sympathique. Les ris d'agneau étaient sublimes , bon vin blanc local Les Cabridelles. Comptez 50 à 55€ par personne tout compris.
