I ordered three Original Soft Pretzels and was told they’d be ready in about 10 minutes. I left and came back around that time to pick them up for my coworkers. In my hurry, I didn’t check the order before leaving, assuming everything would be correct. Unfortunately, none of the pretzels had salt on them. When I called the store, the manager didn’t seem very concerned. Honestly, with that kind of attitude, I probably wouldn’t be either.
I?m so glad I kept my receipt today b/c I?ve been waiting to make this post. This is the absolute worst Auntie Anne?s I?ve ever been to! Customer service is NEVER anywhere near decent and the cashier named ?Ahlya J? does NOT need to work with the public! She is horrible and I really feel sorry for anyone who acts like her b/c it costs $0 to be kind. God bless!

My boyfriend and I came to the counter about 30 minutes before closing and kindly asked if we could still order a bucket of pretzels. Unfortunately, an older white woman working there responded rudely and unprofessionally. Although we love the food, the customer service at this location was disappointing. We won’t be coming back. Food is usually pretty good. The pretzels always hit the spot and their drinks are good too. Only complaint I have is that there is one lady who works here, a heavyset hispanic woman, who has a bit of an attitude. But hey, maybe she was having a bad day. Who knows. But overall no complaints.

Need better workers. When you say hello, please and thank you to them they don't say anything back and not nice to children (my 2 year old daughter said hello to the cashier girl n she just looked at her very rudely n turned away) everyone look very unhappy there. Food was okay ?

The pretzels are delicious, and go pretty fast. I got two orders of the bits, salted for myself and cinnamon for my son. We barely made it back to the car with them.
