I visited the restaurant at 8 PM on a Monday and had to wait for fresh pretzels because they had run out. The service was quite slow, and I even saw two female employees arguing in front of customers. They didn’t communicate with us about the wait time or provide any updates. To make matters worse, no drinks or anything were offered while we waited. In total, it took about 25 minutes to receive two pretzels, and the lack of customer service was disappointing. Management, please encourage your staff to be more attentive and efficient in their work.
I visited this restaurant for the first time and had a fantastic experience. The staff was very friendly, and one employee, in particular, was extremely helpful. She made sure that my pretzel was served hot and delicious. Thank you, Tamia, for the outstanding service!
My order was completely incorrect. The pretzel dogs were burnt and tasted like they’d been microwaved. I asked for pretzel bites, but instead received one large pretzel. They really need to hire staff who can follow instructions properly.

The pretzels at Auntie Anne's seemed a bit stale, and the cheese had a sour taste. It was the worst experience I've had. I wasted $16.16 on items from their menu that all tasted sour. Nothing felt fresh at all.
The portions could be larger and the service a bit quicker, but the food is fantastic. Just a heads up, I wouldn't recommend the frozen lemonade!

The ice machine was broken, and there was no barrier in place, so I had to wait in a long line.
I waited over an hour for my pickup order. The pretzels were cold and tasted stale.
