We dine out often, but we've never been served a 2-ounce glass of wine and expected to pay $14 for it. When I questioned the size of the pour, I was told it was actually more than 6 ounces. Frustrated, I decided to ask for a bottle instead. To make a long story short, the server refused to take back the glass and provide me with a bottle. Don't miss the appetizer of artichokes – they were absolutely delicious! The restaurant itself was beautifully designed, creating a lovely ambiance. I noticed Antonio working diligently to ensure that all the glasses at each table were spotless, demonstrating their attention to detail. We're definitely planning to return, as I hear they change the menu seasonally, which adds excitement to each visit! They also offer a selection of wines that match the season.

Charming little place in Oyster Bay with exceptional food and superb service. My date and I started with a meat and cheese platter as an appetizer. For the main course, she ordered the veal ossobucco ravioli, while I had the pappardelle Bolognese. Everything was delicious and quite filling, but I made sure to save room for dessert. Even though Oyster Bay is off the beaten path this hidden gem is worth the trip. Just as the name states Autentico is authentic Italian. You can truly taste the freshness of the ingredients.
