Read the opening hours posted by the restaurant on Tripadvisor (above). It clearly states that the restaurant is open on Tuesday evenings. We tried to book but got no response. We travelled over two hours to get to the restaurant and booked a hotel to...stay at in Gruissan especially for the evening. If the restaurant had been full then fair enough. In fact it is not open on Tuesday's and that fact is clearly stated on the menu boards at the restaurant despite the information displayed on this site. Any professional restaurant states clearly when it is open. They do not mislead their clients and make false claims. UPDATE YOUR OPENING HOURS TO ACOID MISLEADING YOUR CKLIENTS.
In September I left a review for this restaurant under the old management. It was taken over on March this year and we re-booked to dine with friends in total). We had a fantastic meal and my salmon starter was the...best starter that I have ever eaten. Very friendly service and a lovely atmosphere. the Chef really knows his trade and did a fantastic job and his daughter the new owner was charming in every way. We will certainly return here and we give our congratulations to the new team who did a fantastic job.

We dined here twice. Once for dinner then the next day for lunch. Both meals were excellent, well thought out and constructed, with interesting textures and tastes. Well seasoned too. Lovely Sunday lunch with great service and food. Welcome was friendly, waitress helped with explanations in English and was flexible with us choosing different starters from a cheaper set menu. Food was excellent and very good value for money, went for the wine from the...cave across the road which was also great.
enjoyed our evening, from the friendly and warm welcome, to the cheese plate or dessert option in the set menu les auzils. we have opted for any option for the starter and net, and we were not disappointed. we will definitely try.
