An atypical address, God! I don't understand the bad opinions on this restaurant... in the meantime, yes! But if you are attentive to the open kitchen, the chef and his acolytes prepare the dishes on the wire, nothing warm! And when the room is full (25/30 people, it is normal to wait at least 30/40 minutes! The service was a bit disordered, but the atmosphere and decor of the room make us forget this! And the parrot, an attraction of the evening, spends time. With respect to the entrances, dishes and desserts... it was excellent! They're well presented. Home sangria is very good! Always as exceptional!!! A professional and warm service, gourmet dishes that sublimate fresh products. We enjoyed our dinner in the beautiful veranda, facing the marina, a perfect setting! We love the very friendly atmosphere and the dishes that we'll go back again and again. Thank you very much to Chef Bernard who came to greet all the tables at the end of service (it's very appreciable) and to all his beautiful Team for this exceptional culinary moment share with friends. Fantastic recipes and a full and varied menu with quality products and a very good balance of flavors. A breathtaking view of the port of Gruissan, which installs a very relaxing and pleasant climate for dinner. No fish cooking was missed, the seasoning mastered. Nice discovery of the ice at Espelette's chili pepper! The team is very careful with a nice touch of humor.
