Why bother rating fast food "restaurants" you say?Yeah, I get it.You could have an awesome experience or horrible, depending on time of day, shift change, how long the food has been sitting there, quality of the chain itself as opposed to this actual location, attitude and age of employees etc...Did not get a receipt with my drive-through breakfast.Took a long time to receive (I was the only one at A&W at the same time McDeez had 7 cars in their drive through).Didn't even get what I ordered.Thought their "Hashbrown" might be better than others: Nope, no miracle hashbrown here.Bacon Egg Cheese on English Muffin did not have bacon, muffin was warm, with grill mark burns on it (not 'toasted')So...

No surprises at this A&W. They offer the usual fast food choices - burger and fries - nothing special. Last time I went I discovered that they have discontinued the whistle dog which was my favourite. I will still go for the root beer which is always good. This restaurant is part of a mall so there is lots of parking and the traffic light near the entrance allows easy access back onto the busy street. Good service, friendly staff. Within minutes of the 401 interchange for Woodstock.

Try the A&W breakfast. Breakfast like you make at home with toast, eggs, bacon, sausage. We like it and will have it again.

I love the food and root beer at this restaurant just as much as I love the fact that they offer free refills!

The onion rings were excellent. I enjoyed the perfect amount of spice on them.
