Drive thru , ordered a mama burger, mozzarella burger both w sweet potato fries , sweet potato fries were barly even blanched almost raw and even a few still partially frozen ones . One bag was full portion the other less than half .. I made a complaint to the drive thru 3 hours later when I got back to town and he said it's been a ongoing issue with the day cook .. well then who ever needs to retrain him you might want to do it .. very very disappointing and for the price of what I payed for the 2 meals , I should have been offered a coupon for 2 free meals or something at least...Vegetarian options: Don't order the sweet potatoes fries

It seems like the people in Brockville are lacking manners these days. I politely asked for my order using please and thank you, and made sure to mention my tomato allergy. However, the cashier responded very rudely, asking if my order was for dine-in or take-out. When I confirmed it was for take-out, she still didn't input the no tomato request into the computer. As a result, my burger arrived with a tomato on it. It's disappointing when you encounter such poor manners, making you not want to return to a place.

Did they just pour the sauce into the bag last minute or something???? Because it's all over everything and hardly even on my chicken burger....like thanks for wasting my money.

The food is amazing, especially their famous root beer. The staff is friendly and quite quick on their feet, fulfilling orders to the table in a few mins.

Worse service ever, they didn't even acknowledge our presence. When we finally ordered took about 20 minutes to get our breakfast. Wont be returning.

The front counter staff was disorganized and were having some communication breakdowns, but the kitchen produced excellent quality food.

Sitting down with my family eating a wonderful meal when all the employees start making fun of a family outside of the restaurant.

I had a wonderful lunch today with my family. The meal and service by the staff were excellent! The coffee was also great.

The restaurant is a little too cold for customers to be comfortable and could be cleaner.
