We stopped by for a meal, and the restaurant was nearly empty. The young man at the front and the cashier informed us that we would need to wait for the waitress to seat us, which could take a while since she was the only server on duty. I was taken aback that we couldn’t be seated with four other employees present. We then decided to order takeout and asked the cashier for a menu, but she seemed quite annoyed that she had to assist us. When we mentioned that we were considering going to another restaurant, the staff made no effort to keep our business. As we left, we heard them laughing at us. The service was terrible. It took our server over five minutes to reach our table, while other waitstaff walked around chatting. The restaurant wasn't busy enough to justify such poor service. My drink was never refilled, and they didn't ask us even once if we needed anything else or how our food was.

I received excellent service! I arrived about 40 minutes late to pick up my wings because of traffic in California, and the person in charge was more than happy to replace my wings with fresh, hot ones.

We sat outside, we visited from out of town. Food is always so good. Service was alright.
Great wings and cheeseballs pizza is OK, I haven't really tried anything else.
