We stopped in yesterday to grab a bite during the Brooklin Festival and has the most horrendous service that we will NEVER come back here again and will share our experience with friends in the community.We walked in the door and asked if we could just grab a table as we stood there for 5 mins waiting for someone to make eye contact with us(there were empty tables and people already inside eating) the lady at the bar informed us that we could not be seated as they were not set up to serve us and that she could not help us as she was busy.We asked if a patio seat would then be better and she replies. The Service is great and very friendly staff. Unfortunately the food has been hit and miss. I've had great dinners here but other times it been really poor quality. The recipes have not been kept consistent.. For examplePreviously the lobster poutine came with a light lobster cream sauce, but recently when ordered it was drowning in a very salty beef gravy.The Calamari has also been great at previous visits but recently has been very salty and the peppers and onions usually were lightly battered but now comes with them just fried on top.The prices have increased substantial but quality has gone down.

I recently had my 50th birthday party here and it was top notch ! From the service to the food and the atmosphere….. it was all amazing . All my friends were raving about how great it was !Thank you Baldwin Bistro staff for making my night memorable

Went on a last minute date with the wifey on a Tuesday and Baldwin Bistro was amazing. Patio was great and the food was delicious. Definitely a good restaurant to relax and enjoy a couple of drinks during the Reserva una mesa ahora

Denise is a fabulous waitress! The food was excellent. It was a fabulous night made even better by having such a lovely server. I love Brooklin and I particularly love this restaurant. Thank you, Denise.

Food was average but I loved the portion size and the French onion soup was so yummy. There was a live band playing, not sure if it’s always there but there was definitely an event going on that day.

My cousin and I came here to catch up after many years apart. The atmosphere on the patio was perfect, the food was tasty, and the staff very friendly and accommodating.Would recommend!
