Me and my daughter had a late lunch and my experience was not good at all. my daughter wanted to order the bowel fish but they didn't have it, than she said the buttered chicken than again they said they didn't have it so she was left with the sesamechicken which was what i was going to get. Once they opened the top to the pot I noticed that the chicken looked like it wassitting in that pot for a long long time and maybe even from the day before. I told the lady I didn't want the bowel but it wasto late she made it anyway for me too. we had rice and vegetables and corn. After paying for our meal, we realized that the chicken was hard, stale, and covered in a unpleasant sauce. I returned to the counter to inform the manager, who offered me a choice of something else but refused to give me a refund. I was surprised to see that they suddenly had buttered chicken and fish available. I chose the buttered chicken, and was given just two small pieces in a tiny bowl. I was very disappointed with the customer service and the quality of the food. I paid $30 for two pieces of chicken and felt that I deserved a refund. The manager saw that I did not eat my meal and that the chicken was not fresh, but did not seem to care at all. I will not be returning to this restaura...
Went there with my daughter on 7/25 for lunch, thinking it would be a good and healthy option. I chose the 'build your own bowl ' and everything looked really unappealing. The riced cauliflower was dark brown and really bland (not sure what the heck that was), the air fried chicken was dry, the roasted veggies were not roasted but steamed to mush and the hummus was soso. The cashier didn 't utter a word, clearly didn 't want to be there and we received only flimsy plastic forks, no knife not easy to eat chicken with that. First and most definitely last time I spent my money there.

The bowl is actually a takeout container so you don't get a bowl experience. The roasted veggies were clearly frozen vegetables. None of the items seemed to go together and the flavor was nonexistent. The staff was totally uninterested in helping customers and barely spoke. I went here because the lines were long elsewhere which was a big mistake. I ended up tossing the food out which I never do. Avoid at all costs.

I had the amazing Bangin chicken sandwich, and I was served by Iesha, who truly loves working at the restaurant. Her passion comes through in the way she serves your food. The sandwich was delicious, and overall, Bang made a fantastic impression on me. I'll definitely return when I'm at the mall.
