We were staying at a nearby campsite (L'Atlantique) and decided to visit the Beg Meil on a exploration of the coast. We parked near the Chapelle Saint-Guénolé and walked down to the coast - lots of lovely little coves and nice views that we stayed longer than expected and we were soon hungry for lunch. We ended walking up a dirt road further north hoping to hit the main town center. We saw a few places to eat but the Creperie de Kervastard had a nice open area with trees out front and plenty of customers to make us give it a try. We visited the Kervastard twice during our recent holiday as it both suited our family and the food was great. Too few creperies offer grill options on the menu which makes it difficult as our younger children don't enjoy Galettes. That is not the case here where you can choose from an extensive menu of Galettes, crepes and grill options.The food is fresh, hot and tasty. The service is pleasant. And most importantly the place is frequented by the locals which is always a good sign. As a result booking is essential as we found out, typically at least 24 hours ahead. That said, they only book for 1st sitting so if you can go after 8:30pm it is possible to get a table.
We stopped for a late lunch after exploring the area on our bikes in the glorious countryside. Our three children were delighted with the generous portion of sausage and frites as were my husband and I who had omelette and frites. Helpful service (despite being busy), great value sitting outside under a shade in the warm sunshine.
Visited for lunch with my family (and two other families with young kids) before heading to local beach. It was friendly, good value and the crepes were very tasty! The portions were quite large (a good thing) and the range of ice cream for after a was impressive! Highly recommended!

Excellent crepes fast friendly and efficient service. even though we visited in the height of season where a lot of restaurants struggle with influx of so many tourists The Creperie de Kervastard always offers the same excellence of service.
Very child friendly and toddlers can actually act like toddlers without the usual nasty looks ????. Service is very quick. But above all: excellent crepes. Especially the "pommes, caramel au beure sale" (hope I spelled it correctly).
Kept returning to this Creperie time after time. Visit once, taste their offerings and see why, beautiful centre of village location and what a lovely village. Everything you need for a camping Holiday.
Excellent always fast friendly and efficient service. lovely out door sitting for just a drink or to eat or have a cheeky ice cream on the way back from the beach.

We only had sweet crepes, but these were some of the best from our 2 week break. Great service also, and pack out with locals every night.
Breton cider to go with delicious savory & honey sweet crepes. What a wonderful way to pass an hour or so.
