This outstanding family-owned restaurant has been serving customers for over a century, showing their expertise in what they do. The macarons are absolutely delicious with a variety of flavors to choose from. The selection of baked goods is extensive and impressive, including freshly baked bread, rolls, pizza, and pastries that are reminiscent of homemade favorites. They also offer a sale shelf and accept credit cards and EBT payments. I requested a kekskuchen for my son, which was 5-6 inches tall and incredibly tasty. Whether you're visiting for a meal or just to browse, you won't be disappointed by this long-standing family business.
Time to close for ever don't have your order done on time . The 85 yr old backer was to tired to do orders for the morning of 4/7/23 told to come back later .I said I ordered days ago . Told to bad . I said I had Church in Tunkhannock at 1pm. For Good Friday mass. They said to bad he tired. I'm not the only one many of us said they should close the doors. Don't place a order won't be done on time . So so sad. Do your self a favor close
I ordered a special occasion cake that was delicious and reasonably priced at this bakery. The establishment was clean and the display cases were full. However, I was disappointed with the lack of friendly and pleasant service from the staff. Even though I was fifth in line, I observed that the customers before me were not treated kindly.
I have been coming to this restaurant for 40 years, since I was a child. Even though I now live out of state, this is always the first place I stop when I come back to the city. the cake was all moist and tasted like a rest. this place has improved in recent years. the cake is excellent, the cookies are addicted, and the brownies make me feel beautiful. they may have read and recognized everything that they eat valuable cakes time that read this review. what does that say?
