Barosa - Reservar una mesa

We moved here from Queens about a year ago and it took us a few months to find “our pizza” and Barosa is it. Straight forward great sauce, cheese and crust. For some reason most places here have very doughy pizza I can’t explain it. Barosa is a safe bet but if your ordering take out pies but avoid the salads which are drowning in dressing and delivered very soggy.

We are absolutely thrilled to have discovered this place! It has quickly become our go-to spot for incredible Italian food. Louis and Joe are fantastic, and everyone here is friendly and welcoming. You truly feel at home when you visit. Barosa will always be our local destination for outstanding Italian cuisine and phenomenal pizza! Keep up the great work!

The reason I'm giving a 4 and not a 5 star rating is because I've only had the pizza, but I'm sure the food is wonderful as well seeing how clean and neat the place looks. The people who work here are also very friendly and professional when attending to customers, great place to get an excellent slice of any kind of pizza!

Good, old-school, welcoming NY pizzeria. Crust is flavorful, toppings are generous yet balanced. I loved my veggie slice, whose lack of sauce (what’s up with sauceless pizza, people ? was remedied by a side of marinara. Calm, pleasant environment. (I went for a late lunch on a Thursday in July.

I had the most delicious and generous chicken parmesan hero at Barosa! The minestrone soup was excellent as well. I definitely plan to return to try the duck, although the neighborhood feels a bit sketchy after dark.

I work just a few blocks from this place, and I must say, they have excellent pizza and a very friendly staff.
