I walked in to buy two quarts of ice cream at 9:25 PM, thinking they were open until 10 PM, as their website states. However, they actually close at 9:30 PM. I was ignored until someone came out from the back and informed me that they were closed at 9:31 PM. The kid who was sweeping also ignored me when I entered. They refused to assist me in getting the two quarts of ice cream that were readily available in the freezer. Frustrated, I mentioned leaving a Yelp review, to which one of the employees responded, "I don’t care!" I was completely shocked by the poor customer service. I will never return to this place; I would rather drive an extra ten minutes elsewhere than spend another cent here....

As this would be considered humor, the owner had no intention of being funny. He was very apprehensive when I told him I never needed to use the restroom and just wanted to pick up the order. Owner is a total A-hole. My gf and I saw him mistreat his employees, physically pulling them in the direction he wanted them to move in and talking down to them as he gave them orders. The employee was very young and seemed to be a newbie, which made thisvery hard to witness. He seemed very comfortable doing this in front of a store full of customers so he probably does this allthe time. Do not support this man or his business. Will dfntly be Reporting his franchise.

Many of the flavors I wanted were unavailable when I visited. I ordered a banana split, but when I got home, I discovered there was no banana in it. The owner reached out to me, trying to persuade me to change my review to five stars in exchange for a complimentary banana split. It seems like he regularly does this, as indicated in his responses below. His lack of sincerity makes me think that the problems I encountered stem from management.
I had a very disappointing experience at this Baskin Robbins. The staff appeared more focused on chatting with their friends and coworkers than on delivering quality customer service. Having worked at a Baskin Robbins in Long Beach before, I'm aware of how things should be managed, and unfortunately, this location falls short. I won't be coming back. If you want to draw in customers, please get organized and adhere to proper procedures.
The service at this restaurant is lacking professionalism, as they frequently neglect to fulfill orders made through DoorDash or Grubhub. I discussed the issue of missing items with the manager, but he shifted the blame to the delivery process rather than taking responsibility for resolving the problem. It was also disappointing to hear him say he was "busy."
This is the best ice cream shop I've ever been to! Fred is fantastic—he encouraged us to sample everything and even said, "I won’t feel bad at all if you choose not to buy anything!" I truly adore this place! The ice cream is scrumptious, and both the customer service and quality deserve a perfect score of 100 out of 10.
