I have ordered from this restaurant twice using Postmates. Both times, I paid $12.50 for Fresh Packed ice cream, as listed on their menu. However, instead of receiving the high-quality fresh ice cream I paid for, I was sent pre-packed supermarket ice cream. This inferior product is not something I am willing to consume, and I feel disappointed that I was not informed or given the option to choose a different flavor. It seems like they may have run out of the desired flavor, but they should have communicated this to me. The parking situation at this restaurant is very poor. I visited around noon on a weekday and there were no available parking spots. I can only imagine how difficult it must be on a weekend. Other parking spots in the strip mall area were reserved for businesses, and the street parking was also full. The only alternatives were to have the food delivered or park far away just to get ice cream. Unfortunately, due to the parking issues, I will not be returning to this location. I can easily find parking at other Baskin Robbins in different parts of the city, even though this one is the closest to my house.
I'm sorry to say but is it normal for a business to close way earlier then their time posted. Literally 30min Closing early? This Baskin-Robbin has done this multiple times, it's seems like the coworkers do as they please? Working any job you don't push off any customers away, You close until the time it says your closed. You just serve ice cream? Seems to me like they choose the time they leave. Has anyone else experience this at this location?!?

They were so rude to me and my kids that I feel obligated to help about it. They would not give us hot fudge and they when they handed my kid his small scoop of cotton candy it was without a spoon. When he asked for a spoon I thought she was about to throw it at him. Why be like that? We've been going here for years. Just a huge bummer.
Haven't had baskin robbins in SO long and damn this was good!!! They gave my so many samples. I ended up going with a pretzel chocolate caramel and it was absolutely incredible I honestly forgot how good their ice cream was so if you ever want to stop you probably should because it's always a good idea They had super cute cakes too
The girls in there were so rude I just chose two random flavors because I wanted to get out of there asap. Any question I had for them was answered with an attitude. They didn't even give me a spoon and saw me looking for one and still didn't offer I had to ask.
I recently passed by the restaurant and discovered that it has closed down. I looked through one of the windows and saw that everything has been cleared out. Although the ice cream may not have been the best in the world, I will still miss it.

Baskin robbins is the place to go to for a refreshment. They serve many ice creams for a cheap price!! Play smart not hard haha.
