The last 3 times I came here, they didn’t have all the ingredients to serve my son and I ice cream.The first two times there was no vanilla ice cream. I ordered a cake from Baskin through their online service and called ahead to confirm that they could fulfill my order. When I picked it up, it looked beautiful. However, when we cut into it, we discovered there was no cake—just a frosted round block of ice cream! I called to express my concern, and they told me they had tried to reach me but I didn't answer. I suggested that a voicemail would have been helpful or at least they could have informed me when I picked up the cake. It felt like a complete rip-off paying over $30 for just a block of ice cream. Honestly, I would have been better off just buying a gallon of ice cream instead.
I used to work at the Baskin-Robbins in Oakbrook Terrace, and I have to say that the customer service at this location is truly exceptional. However, they consistently seem to be out of the flavors and items that I want, including those they advertise. For instance, they're frequently out of mocha ice cream, and I often find that they don’t have the flavors I’d like to request. I can't help but wonder if the manager isn't ordering enough inventory. Unfortunately, this place may struggle in the long run because their supply doesn’t meet the demands of customers, despite the outstanding service they provide.
I will not buy in this place again and I do not recommend it, I bought 3 cans of ice cream so far, everything was fine, when I got home and opened one of the cans it had already started, it was missing 1/4 of the ice cream in the can, I immediately returned to the place to have it changed or my money returned to me, neither of the 2 things they did, it is not fair to me, I did not want the money, they simply changed it, that is the reason why I do not return to this place

My standards are never really high with fast food but this Dunkin location has to be the worst. I think it might be a competitive game they play, see who can screw up the customers orders the most. Or maybe they just have a colorblind person picking out the donuts. Don't get me started on how rude some of the younger girls are that work there.
The service we experienced was terrible! We ordered three cups of ice cream at the drive-thru, but since the store was closing at 7 PM, we only received one spoon. We had to wait in the drive-thru line for an additional 10 minutes just to get the extra spoons.
Absolutely rude and horrible to our door dasher, as well as to us when handed the phone to configure the substitutes or cancelling. Either actually out of everything or too lazy to get anything out for the order. 0 out of 10 would not recommend to anyone
My daughter loves the creature creation ice cream!! This location is a store with a Dunkin Donuts and there was a problem with our drink order but the lady fixed it for us. We're happy!
