With Baskin Robbins being founded in Glendale, you would think they would have some pride. The woman who works there is trippin. You come into the ice cream shop to spoil yourself and instead receive silly answers. At first I was talking to a guy who was helping me when this crotchety woman jumps into the convo: We never put whipped cream when you order online. It 's pointless to even make such a comment to a customer if they are in store. I didn 't ask what you normally do. I 'm picking up my order and I just need some whip on the b.split. I 've been to many Baskin Robbins shops, I usually get the family pack or the b.split. Normally it 's no problem, but the grouch thinks otherwise here in...
Thank you to Harmik and 31 Flavors for making Teresa's Birthday special. Jamoca almond fudge ice cream with chocolate cake. This ice cream shop was full with people out the door. The customer service at this location is excellent. They listen to their customers and help out. Harmik took his time taking the drawings and sketches that I has to become a cake. I highly recommend Harmik and this location for any Ice cream cake needs.
Small local BR ice cream shop located in a small strip center on the corner of Central and Chevy Chase in Glendale. Parking is very tight and limited. Prices are a little higher than other similar size stores. Ice cream is classic Baskin – Robbins and predictively creamy and good tasting. Overall 3.5 stars. Minus .5 for limited parking and higher price.
Thank you to the kind girls who were working on Valentine’s Day, Rebecca and Isabel. The tall one cracked some jokes with me and the other had good vibrations. Great addition to Baskin Robbins, customer service these days is horrible at other places. For all those reading this, try Secret Admirer, absolutely fantastic!

This was my first time going to a baskin-robbins and Kassy and Leah made it the best ice cream experience i've ever had! They made great suggestions and were very polite and patient when i was asking for samples!! this is the perfect example of amazing service and employees !
Went in the evening and the staff was super nice and patient I wish I remembered their names cause they deserve a shot out (male and female).
Wow! Lovely Girls working and such a nice manager. I loved their chocolate fudge and such cute cakes.
This Baskin Robbins didn't have any root beer available for making a root beer float.
