During my recent visit to Baskin Robbins, I had the pleasure of interacting with Alex, and I couldn't be more satisfied with the service. Alex truly went above and beyond to make my ice cream experience wonderful. Their friendly attitude and deep knowledge of the flavors made it easy for me to choose a treat. Alex's attention to detail and genuine passion for their work really stood out to me. I left with a smile and the perfect scoop of ice cream, all thanks to Alex's excellent customer service. I will definitely be returning to Baskin Robbins, and I hope to be served by Alex again, or my other favorite, Harmik. Five stars for outstanding service!
This Baskin-Robbins location on Central has always been a family favorite that I've been visiting since I was in elementary school. This brings good memories and it's nice to be coming back here with my husband. The place was clean, the employees were very friendly even when we stopped in toward the tail end of their shifts at 8 pm, and the ice cream was yummy! I opted for a seasonal flavor: Game Night with M&Ms: salted caramel ice cream, caramel popcorn clusters, and a caramel pretzel swirl. So yummy!PARKING: A few spots in the tiny lot, or street parking.
I am deeply disappointed with my experiences at our local Baskin Robbins. Despite the sweet workers, the manager's rude behavior when speaking in Armenian about me and constantly telling the workers I have to leave because I quietly sit there for 10 minutes on my phone after paying every time, as if I don't understand, and making unnecessarily rude comments, has tarnished our visits. My daughter loves the place, but his disrespectful and perverted behavior is unacceptable. Action is needed to be taken to restore the welcoming atmosphere we once enjoyed.
Amazing baskin robbins. All around 5 stars. The parking is great and so is their outside seating which makes it very convenient. The customer service is certainly immaculate. Alex (the one with curly hair) is the epitome of excellent customer service. He is so nice and will always ask how your day is going and make sure it gets better after he’s done with you. Overall 10/10 highly recommend!!

The experience was decent, but they forgot some of the items I ordered, which was disappointing. I expected more from them. Overall, the service isn't what it used to be.
Maneger doesn’t look like he is helping co workers he’s just sitting in the back what a free loader
You guys need to hire more people.Lines are too long every time
There were a lot of roaches and insects at the outdoor tables
