Grandchild asked if we could go to Baskin Robins for ice cream. We were out for a bike ride and got right on board for a trip for ice cream. I had the lemon sorbet with a scoop of very strawberry ice cream. What a good choice. Place was busy and clean. We found a table and sat down . While I was paying my sugar cone fell on the counter. With the paper still attached it was slippery. The lady offered me a new cone and I accepted. Thanks. My son in law ordered the lemon sorbet and grand daughter the cotton candy. Then back on our bikes to head back home. Been here a couple times before and the service is always good. Even when they are busy.
Ordered 4 items through door dash, 2 of them being premium sundes which are nearly $8 each. I've gotten these several times only this time they were barely more than half full. Disappointed, I called and told them I had a picture I was happy to text them really quick. He asked me to drive over....no, it's 9 pm and I have 3 kids. He asked me to stop by next time I have time and show them the picture and they may be able to give me a refund or a coupon. I was a bit frustrated at this point, more than ice cream is even worth, and just told him forget it. He was not rude, just not helpful. Disappointed in the customer service.
I went through the drive thru early evening of 8/9. I've had an extremely hard couple of months. Mom fell went about incapacitated long story. I just wanted something light tart. Raspberry or orange sherbet. The young man at the window very kindly offered to try to get mostly the raspberry orange. He did a great job. It's the little things sometimes.
Very rude and unprofessional server named Faith. She obviously hates her job, and makes it uncomfortable to order or dine in. At one point she was complaining about her co-worker, and using foul language while doing so. This is the third time we've dealt with her at this location, and every time has been unpleasant as if we're interrupting her.

What can I say? We got a couple of shakes in the drive-through and after a little bit of a communication cluster we got our order through. Our shakes were delicious, perfect thickness and outstanding. Keep it up crew we will certainly be back over and over and over again for a nighttime treat
How hard is it to help someone out standing at the register? The five people behind the counter could not figure it out. Then I got attitude. Don't waste your time here. They couldn't even make a clown cone correct
Ordered a cake for my husband's birthday just for two! This was perfect for us and the birthday boy loved his cake! Ice cream cake was his only birthday request this year.
Just the best place ever! It has so many flavors, the employees are so sweet, the line moves fast and ice cream is the best mood elevator.

Got a Carmel blast It was delicious. They also gave my dog a treat also. She loved it also.
Baskin-Robbins is the best. Exemplary service and the best ice cream.
