My friend and I walked in after a long, hot day at the beach, excited for some milkshakes. My friend ordered a cookies and cream milkshake, but the employee looked at her for a few moments with a mix of confusion and annoyance before responding with a curt "okay." When it was my turn, I ordered a chocolate vanilla shake, and she handed it to me with the vanilla ice cream sitting at the bottom and the chocolate on top, rather than mixed together. We visited on a hot summer afternoon to escape the heat and found the decor charming, so we decided to enjoy some root beer floats. They were perfect and the ice cream was quite tasty. However, the experience was overshadowed by a server being loudly criticized by someone who appeared to be a manager, which created an uncomfortable atmosphere for the guests. While we only had ice cream, we hesitated to try anything else because the kitchen area looked unkempt. It wasn't clear if they were even serving food, but it certainly could use a thorough cleaning.

Awful service! I waited 20 minutes for two milkshakes, and they messed up three times because they couldn’t figure out how much ice cream to use in the blender, resulting in them adding too little each time. When I inquired about the delays, the two teenage girls ignored me completely, as if I wasn’t even there. Eventually, I was given a soft serve instead of a milkshake because I was so tired of waiting. Don’t waste 30 minutes of your life here – the ice cream is subpar, and the service is even worse.

We visited the Bayville Scream Park on 10/26/2014. This ice cream parlour is accessible from inside the park and the boardwalk. It's a cute place to visit, but that's about it I love the decor. The food is awful! We had pizza and it was as if the bottle of black pepper fell in to the sauce mix because that was all you tasted. We were all sick later that evening until the next day. I think it is the decor and location that makes this place.... such a cute looking shop... however the ice cream was nothing fancy... just normal everyday ice cream... the rude teenage girls working behind the counter truly made me feel like I was in a normal long island ice cream shop!

I have celiac and need gluten free. They said there is cross contamination and they mixed things together. They said they have limited machines. Give me a break! Lame excuse. Just clean the machine before making any items with allergens.

A cute ice cream and soda shop right out of the 50's, located a few doors down from Shipwreck Tavern. Not completely overpriced ice cream for the area, and the soft serve was a little drippy, but I'm not really complaining.

The staff was horrible. One had her foot out o.f flip flop and in hand. Her and her co worker had no idea how to put syrup on and laughed how gross it was. The third girl took the money and tried to control her peers. Gross Reserva una mesa ahora

I visited this restaurant for the first time and ordered two small cones at $7.50 each, which I found quite shocking. They lacked flavor and were very bland. I suggest saving your money—this place feels like a rip-off.

The ice cream here is delicious and there are so many flavors to choose from! It's conveniently located right across from the beach, making it perfect for a stroll in the nearby park.
