I highly recommend this local coffee shop. The staff is friendly, the drinks are delicious, and the atmosphere is warm and inviting. The establishment enforces thorough and safe COVID-19 protocols, including requiring masks and practicing social distancing inside. They also offer curbside pick up with limited contact for those who prefer it. The shop limits the number of customers allowed inside at any given time and keeps the location impeccably clean. I always feel secure when visiting this spot.
The employees were very friendly... it was a better customer service experience than what I?m used to at Starbucks. The drink I order at Starbucks or beans and brews every time tasted the exact same as it does at Starbucks. What I mean by that is that it was great and that Starbucks isn?t better with the quality of their drinks in my opinion. They have a chill environment for business meetings and Wi-Fi for free. Love having my business meetings here.
The young Caucasian man with dirty blonde hair at the counter is rude, needs to work on his customer service skills, not helpful at all, so no tip on my part, could not make an iced decaf coffee!? ...whack! that's the reason for my 1-star. Drinks are good and good variety in teas, not so much on other drinks. I wanted to come back but next time unfortunately will give my business to Starbucks.
I really never had a good drink from these bohnen and brews, which makes me so sad because I spend hundreds of months on the in pg. I'm not sure if it's because it's the later afternoon, or if they let the espresso pour, to sit by bitterness, but my drink was just never. wow .. or even good, for this occasion. bummer, because I would pay to have a drink for my long road. Even though it belongs to a chain, this restaurant has a cozy, local atmosphere. The staff are skilled baristas who are also very welcoming. There is ample seating available both indoors and outdoors. The coffee was delicious, with a fruity medium roast that was smooth. We are happy we chose to visit this place.
We had the best coffee drinks ever at this restaurant. We ordered a frozen mocha and a frappe. The whipped cream they use is rich and flavorful. The taste is reminiscent of freshly ground coffee, which is hard to come by. It's definitely better than Starbucks, and the price is about the same.
