Beefeater - Reserva de mesa

A family meal and catch up, we had booked our table and on arrival it was ready and the highchair had already been placed at the table. There were 5 of us in our party including our 8 month old grandaughter. The staff were very friendly and helpful especially Denise. There is a really good choice on the menu of both food and drinks and we all enjoyed our meal very much.

Waited at front desk but not served for 5 minutes. Went to bar, tried to order but consol not working, went back to restaurant chased down a waitress and eventually served but had to pay in cash, or go to cash machine and get cash. Food just Ok, and expensive. Thankfully we had a voucher but 2 meals still cost over £30 for 2 burgers and cokes.

Possibly the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I could have walked in,ordered,paid,eaten and left without anyone speaking to me. Certainly not what I'd expect from a pub attached to a hotel,and,as a regular traveller,certainly not what I've received before Very disappointed

Great service from Beefeater Restaurant. Breakfast is really good. I enjoyed the Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner in Beefeater. I would like to thank all staff members in Beefeater. Staff so helpful , welcoming. Food selection amazing We had been to a lunchtime football match at Ipswich wanted a quick afternoon snack before Driving home .

We were served by Denise who was amazing and gave us great service, couldn’t be happier. The food was cooked by Avito and it was delicious.

When served breakfast found hair in food. Service appalling and pub shut to early fo us. No refund or discount given at all
