Bellagio Ristorante - The Westin Mt Laurel

In that location there are at least 7, maybe more hotels in walking distance to each other, I have stayed in 3 others before the Westin. I found it to be by far the best booking in the area, mainly due to the staff.Seiko was awesome upon check-in. He explained the amenities some Bonvoy level perks that I was not aware of. He also made sure my bonus points were added to my account a week later, since they had not been included in my account.After check-in, I had to send a fax and returned to the front desk. Do NOT stay here! After a one night stay I’ve had a bag of personal items and valuables stolen directly from my room by the cleaning team and the staff did nothing to help, stating there is “no procedure for stolen items in the hotel”. How can this be? I could not believe this and spent over an hour trying to issue an investigation and nothing was done. The lack of care, concern and overall empathy from the hospitality staff really upset me even more. This entire experience has ruined the reputation of The Westin for me if this is who they hire and how they treat their guest. I booked my king room 2 weeks in advance. I go to check in they tell me they are sold out and the need to put me in a double Handy capped room. The front desk agent was pushy and not interested in anything I had to say. She never apologized or offered me anything for my inconvenience. Westin needs to remind the front desk staff that they work in hospitality. This is unacceptable on every level. The room was dirty, the bathroom smelt like urine. The beds were old and broke down. The TV did not work, nor did the phone. The drapes had stains on them. This room should not be used. Someone needs to wake up. I would rather stay anywhere else. I will never stay here again. Don't waste your money.

The food at this restaurant was excellent, but we encountered a few issues during our visit. Firstly, we made a reservation through OpenTable for brunch at 11am, only to find out that the buffet closes at that time and there was no record of our reservation for a party of 9. They suggested we order a la carte instead. Despite some other minor problems, the manager addressed our concerns and provided compensation. Overall, the food was delicious, the servers were friendly, but I would recommend going for breakfast earlier in the morning and calling to confirm reservations made through OpenTable. Love this place! Where do I start! Me and my family stayed here for 2 days and it was beyond amazing. Staff were great very pleasant and helpful. The indoor pool was very clean. The gym was neat. Lemon water for the guess in the lobby. The room was spotless. The breakfast was lovely. The hotel is 5 minutes for many different restaurants. Funplex is close by. We definitely enjoyed our stay.

The service was terrible. The waitress was not knowledgeable about the menu and forgot to bring us items we requested. She was unsure if there was a happy hour and couldn't explain how the fish was cooked. The food was lukewarm and my steak was overdone. I won't be returning, especially since my guest and I were the only diners in the restaurant.

I was there for a business meeting today. The rooms were spacious. Breakfast was great and the to go boxed lunches were perfect! Even more, I am currently breastfeeding, they were extremely accommodating. Bernadette and Ramy walked me to where I could pump and made sure I was taken care of and had some privacy! Thank you so much!

Absolutely first rate. Ian was extremely friendly and great to work with. I booked on Chase travel, arrived two weeks later, and enjoyed our visit! Alexis is the GOAT. Bob and Alexis were nothing but great friendly professionals serving our friends after Shafan Shaheda’s wedding! 10/10 would recommend. They served a group of 30 people with a smile and quick service and made the after party a highlight of our night

Brunch after a baptism. Food was good, but it took forever. We were there for almost 2 hours. I suspect they are more set up for the buffet, which looked really good.
