We wanted a nice place to stay for our last night in France. Somewhere with a good restaurant and a room with a view, within hours of Roscoff. We found the hotel and restaurant Belle Vue which appeared to tick all the boxes. The...website lists a number of different types of rooms and the double with bath had a lovely picture of a double room with large windows and a sea view so we booked it. On arrival we found we had not booked that room at all but a bland double room overlooking the car park and a roof. I was obviously not the first, as the lady on reception said it had happened before when booking via the website and we ought to phone to secure the room we want! We also chose this hotel...

We spent three nights at this family run traditional but modern as recently refurbished hotel during a spell of glorious end of summer weather when Cap Coz was at its best. We were made to feel so welcome from the moment we arrived, the family...heading the team from Reception, always with time to talk, help or advise their guests. (Excellent English) The Hotel was spotlessly clean, our room was very comfortable with a walk in shower and no shortage of hot water. We had a beautiful view of the bay and lulled to sleep by the sound of the sea! We had Demi pension for two nights and a la carte our last, it was all of a fine dining" quality, beautifully presented but packed with flavour. Chef's...

The yellow Logis de France sign almost always means you are stepping into a solid and honorable establishment. The top reviews on Trip Advisor and Michelin are further signals that you are in a good place. The welcome is genuine and cheerful, the dining room...a bit spartan, and the luncheon menu a bit abbreviated. But there is fine quality and value here. Perhaps it is the time of the year which contributes to the limited choices. Better to do a few things well than too many in less than an optimal fashion. Our fish filet and a gratin of fresh fruit were both pleasing, especially the dessert! At Euros, that menu is a real bargain. We splurged on a half bottle of Sancerre Blanc that added to...

I had a good dinner here. My fried langoustine starter was delicious, as was my duo of fish for main course. Really beautifully presented too with lots of nice accompaniments. Others in my party said that their steak was a bit tough and chewy so...I think it's best to pick seafood here as everything I ordered was great. The service was slow and the waiter knocked over my glass of water and didn't replace it. The restaurant lacked atmosphere very quiet even though most tables were taken. However the price was reasonable, especially the wine Reserva una mesa ahora

If you do not stay in the hotel, make sure to book in advance. The place is full and for a good reason, food, views and service are very good. On the night we tried: local oysters No gazpacho, fillet of plaice and seared...beef fillet, everything very good. All desserts are worth trying, but special recommendation goes to the buckwheat ice-cream delicious. Wine list contains several half-bottles of white, rose and red, which very convenient. Prices are reasonable and all dishes from the set menus could be ordered a la carte

We stayed nights and ate in the restaurant every night. We paid for a superior room which was large and had sea views, comfortable bed but decoration/equipment ordinary. Bathroom the same. Reception area and bar were quite basic in appearance. No lounge/bar area to...sit comfortably. Dining room seating a little overcrowded. Dining room staff very pleasant. A la carte menu should have more main dishes Food quality good. Set menus, average value. Buffet breakfast good. Doubt we will return

Just stopped here for a coffee following a recommendation. We were greeted by Anne the owner who could not have been more welcoming. A great coffee with a magnificent view and just metres from a stunning quiet beach. Continuing her wonderful service Anne suggested we...leave our car in the Hotel car park whist we took a stroll. Sadly did not stay for lunch as we wanted just a snack but it is clearly popular. Looking for a clean comfortable Hotel near a beach this is it

We had a memorable meal here. We were seated at a table with a panoramic view of the bay at Cap Coz. Food was genuinely fantastic, fish/shellfish was amazing and the deserts were fabulous. We also had a delicious (and v reasonably priced) bottle of...Muscadet with it. The bill for (including the bottle of wine) was The best value meal I've had for a long time Reserva una mesa ahora

If I could I would have given the restaurant but as it is not worthy of a I have to give it a The menu at euros was my choice of the day. The lobster was very tasty but unfortunately very...limited in therms of quantity in my plate. The same goes for the fish main (tasty but too small) hence why I left very disappointed
