while the ice cream was delicious, the service was lacking. i’m all for having the option to order on a screen, but to walk into an empty store, have an employee ask if i’m ready to order (while acting like i’m interrupting her conversation) and then be told to order on the screen is kind of crazy. if it’s busy i understand, but it’s a bit frustrating to order on the screen instead of talk to the person doing nothing right in front of you.
Great ice cream, this brand was my to-go ice cream when it comes to doing shopping but never really consider them being an ice cream shop brand. I was proven wrong. It's not cheap but it's in the middle of Soho so rent must be crazy. Good and quick service, can't complain.
Gelato veramente squisito, ci sono tornato apposta in questa mia seconda visita a Londra, l’unico problema è che avevamo chiesto apposta se in uno smoothies fosse presente la cioccolata, ci hanno risposto di no ma erano presenti pezzi di brownies
