Went there with my family and had very unpleasant experience. The guy at the register was not friendly at all, did not say a word to us and over all looked annoyed with us placing the order. Not sure what his deal was, we were extremely polite andrespectful so getting this unfriendly treatment back was awkward!! I had to ask him multiple time to make the scoops smaller forthe kids and he continued to ignore and on the third time he did it but again there was no desire to cooperate in any way ofform. The price for kids ice cream smaller size is 8$ and having a friendly face would help to make people want to come backthere.
I took my sister out for a small celebration to kick off the school year. The restaurant has a vibrant and inviting atmosphere, and the staff are incredibly friendly. We enjoyed the Sweet Cream and Cookie ice cream served in waffle cones. The price seemed reasonable for the quality of the ice cream. I would definitely recommend this place to everyone, even dogs, since they offer dog-friendly ice cream as well!
This is undoubtedly the best ice cream I've ever tasted. While visiting Glenview, we decided to stop by this place, and the staff was exceptionally friendly and accommodating. From the moment we entered, we were welcomed with a warm greeting and encouraged to sample as many flavors as we liked. The salted caramel was so delicious that I ended up taking a pint home with me!

Yes best sweet gem in Glenview! The ice cream here is outstanding. I had some delicious ice cream here on a Monday evening. I got Triple Caramel Chunk. This tastes like really good quality ice cream made with the best ingredients. Also staffs here are helpful and friendly? Hope to come back soon.
I visited this restaurant and had excellent service from Irina! She was very knowledgeable about the ice cream and helped me understand the ingredients in my chosen flavor. This was my first time here, and I would love to return!
This place is great! So many different yummy ice cream flavors, delicious waffle cones and cheerful atmosphere. The personnel is so helpful, attentive and super nice! I highly recommend to visit Ben Jerry?s in Glenview!
