Had dinner here a week ago and to say we were disappointed , is a slight understatement. Service was fantastic but the quality of food wasn't good. My stuffed haddock was dried out. mashed potatoes were tasteless, soupy and looked more like instant. My wife had chicken parm and the chicken looked and tasted like a frozen patty. She barely ate any of it. It is disappointing to go for dinner and have that type of quality of food for what it costs. No need for us to return..

Have not been to Nickki's in some time. Staff was friendly and attentive. Food was tasty and plenty of it so we had to take some home. We were not disappointed and will return. The only negative thing is the credit card surcharged added to the grand total at the end of the bill.. This a junk fee. To save money bring cash.

The menu has something for everyone! Absolutely delicious food, large portions, great service and fabulous homemade desserts! Update 2024...still one of my favorites. The food is absolutely delicious. Very tasty, prepared to perfection and amazing menu.

Small town restaurant, I'd go somewhere else, but not many choices in town to select from. In Carbondale you're a captive, eat or go hungry. Don't mean to be hard on them.... But does not taste like true Italian food. However the staff are very kind. Reserva una mesa ahora

Food great! Service wonderful. Atmosphere good, they just need to refurbish the chairs so that the worn pillow doesn't have you sitting in more of a pit. Bathrooms need reno too but still we will return!

Great food, good service, reasonable price. The back entrance was tacky with that stuffed animal machine, it was a poor welcome to a very nice atmosphere inside. Take it out of there.

We always eat here when visiting the area. The meals never disappoint. The portions are so large it makes a few meals for me. The services is always good.
