These are the Best Dumplings. It's a good thing that my Grandmother cannot read English as she would probably murder me for saying the Koreans make the Best Dumplings. They offer Fried or Steamed for takeout, Steams is as you expect and Fried is deep fried which makes it extra crispy Their garlic ginger sauce looks spicy, but is actually not very spicy at all, and it goes perfectly with the dumplings. Delicious, fresh dumplings! I ordered for pick up. My order was ready fast, and the dumplings stayed warm until I got to my destination (about 30 min away). I ordered fried veggie, fried kimchi and beef, and steamed pork. Despite what other reviewssaid, I found both the steamed and the fried dumplings to be really tasty and I do not prefer one over the other. I did notfind the dumplings to be too doughy. The filling to dough ratio was just right for me. Also, the gingery sauce is the perfectaddition! A little sweet and savory with a very light hint of spice. Thank goodness they sell bottles of it! It really is thatgood! I will definitely go back, and I would love to try the wings next time!

The dumplings at Best Dumplings aren’t the best I've ever had, but they’re still quite enjoyable. They use a unique method of frying instead of steaming. The dumpling skins are a bit thick, which can make steaming tricky, but frying works much better—especially if you’re taking them to go and plan to reheat them later. I tried the fried beef and steamed vegetable dumplings. They were okay but didn’t have a strong umami flavor. The standout, however, is definitely the dipping sauce that comes with the dumplings. They even sell it bottled, and I highly recommend it!
I absolutely adore this spot! I found it by chance while looking for lunch near my office in Englewood, and I’m so glad I did. The man at the counter is wonderful—always warm and inviting. On top of that, every dumpling is freshly made to order, which makes it even better.
The food was delicious, the service was excellent, and the atmosphere was clean and inviting. However, I noticed that there were no paper towels in the bathroom after washing my hands. On a positive note, I appreciated that they offer their own brand of dumplings.
