These are the Best Dumplings. It's a good thing that my Grandmother cannot read English as she would probably murder me for saying the Koreans make the Best Dumplings. They offer Fried or Steamed for takeout, Steams is as you expect and Fried is deep fried which makes it extra crispy Their garlic ginger sauce looks spicy, but is actually not very spicy at all, and it goes perfectly with the dumplings. Delicious, fresh dumplings! I ordered for the pickup. My order was ready quickly, and the dumplings remained warm until I came to my destination (about 30 minutes away). I ordered fried veggie, fried kimchi and beef and steamed pigs. Despite the other reviews, I found both the steamed as well as the fried dumplings to be really tasty, and I do not prefer the other. I didn't find the dumplings too dirty. The filling to the dough ratio was just right for me. The ginger sauce is also the perfect addition! A little sweet and hearty with a very light touch of spices. Thank God they sell bottles of it! That's really good! I will definitely go back and I would like to try the wings next time!
Not the best dumplings I've ever had, but they're pretty good. Fried over steam here. The skin is quite thick, so steam can make some trips, but fried is better if you take away and want to reheat. I tried her beef (fried) and veggie (damped). They're pretty decent, but there was no Umami. The sauce that comes with the dumplings is probably the best here. They sell it in bottles and I can only take it off!
