I have visited Bianchi for the third time and have always had great experiences in the past. Unfortunately, my most recent visit was marred by an unexpected issue when it came time to pay our bill. Our party of six ordered some bottles of Rose and Duality to go, and our server informed us of a mandatory 20% gratuity charge due to our party size. I was surprised when he added the gratuity without informing me, as I believe tipping should be based on service received and not on bottle purchases to go. The wine was delicious with lots of variety in the whites and reds. Jamie was incredibly friendly and gave us insight into the different wines Bianchi had to offer, as well as was happy to answer any questions we had. The ambiance felt very modern and classy, while still being laid back for a low key tasting. Really glad I got to try the GSM as I 've never heard of that blend before and was pleasantly surprised. Will definitely be coming back next time I 'm in the area!
I was traveling for business and had a free Sunday, so I decided to go to Laguna Beach to watch the sunset from Heisler Park. I came across this small restaurant on the corner and decided to check it out. The service by Rich was excellent! It was quiet in the restaurant most of the evening, so we had the chance to chat and he gave me some great recommendations. I tried the rose and Sauvignon Blanc, both of which were fantastic. I will definitely be returning!
The restaurant is still in its soft opening phase with flexible hours. It has a very upscale tasting room, resembling more of a wine bar even though it is on the smaller side. They offer a beautiful selection of wines along with some dips and cookies to pair with them. There is a lot of potential here and I am excited to see how they develop it further.

Great tasting room and amazing customer service! Christina can help if you’re a wine lover or new to wine. There are a variety of wine selections, but I recommend the tasting to sample the portfolio. This is a good spot for a drink before dinner or to relax and sip on some wine
We've been to Bianchi about half a dozen times now and just signed up to be members! We love the wine, the ambiance and the team that works here. It's a very small tasting room but we have always found seating. Service is very personable and friendly.
Very small, very intimate, the wine and cheese is fabulous. It's pricey but you get what you pay for in Laguna beach. The pourer was very knowledgeable and kind. I really enjoyed my time at this tasting room.
The atmosphere was very relaxed. The staff were excellent. The view of the sea was calming.

This is a great spot to unwind with some wine tasting. It's also child-friendly.
