This BiBiBop location is by far the best one that I've been to. The restaurant had an amazing amout of natural light coming in through the windows. The food was really fresh and tasty. It didnt take too long for me to get through the food line due to everything being prepared in a similar style to Chipotle. If you didn't know, BiBiBop is an asian fusion style restaurant with heavy korean influence. The setup allows you to move to the food prep station and select your ingredients while watching the server assemble your bowl. It is a very efficient system! During my visit, there was a steady flow of customers, including families, young adults, and older diners from diverse backgrounds. However, the busy atmosphere did make it a bit challenging for the staff to keep up with the dining area, which resulted in some cleanliness issues at the tables and restroom. Despite that, the portion sizes, food quality, freshness, and pricing were all excellent, and I was impressed by the speed and efficiency of the service. I love this place, but if you order online, you cant always count on it being ready. I eat here frequently because the food is delicious and fresh, and the service is friendly. The workers move quickly, but they still often struggle to keep up. My online orders are ready on time less than 50% of the time. Most of the time they’re ready about 10-15 minutes after when they’re supposed to be. Twice took 30min longer than expected and once was 45min late. I’m still rating them well because the food is good and the employees work hard, but I think they just don’t staff enough to keep the orders moving.

I'm not even sure how the food tastes. I was passing through Cleveland and stopped here to use the bathroom before placing an order. Unfortunately, it was absolutely disgusting. When I went to order, I noticed that the overall cleanliness was quite concerning. The employees were using the same gloves to pick up items from the floor, scratch their heads, and adjust their pants, and then they went on to prepare someone else's order. I love this place !! Bibibop has a very good price and delicious food! I like that everyone can find there what he wants for each taste. I’m vegetarian and in Bibibop all the time order noodles and tofu. What about service and cleaning? It’s all the time different. I guess it depends on workers. Sometimes I came and everything is very clean, other day all tables are dirty, and service was slow. But anyway I think it’s cool place for it money.

I've been to Bibiop many times, but I decided to visit this location to try the Korean beef bowl, and it did not disappoint! The beef was tender and packed with flavor. I was also thrilled to see that they’ve brought back the free miso soup! On my visit, I checked out the ladies' restroom, and it was clean and well-maintained. Overall, I had a fantastic experience and was very satisfied with my bowl! Food: 5/5

The restaurant is clean, but there aren't enough seating options for dining in. They do have a shelf for online orders where you can easily pick up your food. The meals are delicious and healthy, with generous portions. It's worth noting that the portion sizes are non-standard. Additionally, there's plenty of parking available behind the restaurant.

I really appreciate the option to build your own bowl here. This restaurant tends to get quite crowded around noon, so it’s best to plan ahead. However, the flow is efficient, allowing you to navigate through the crowd without much delay.
