Five stars tonight, but zero stars for every other visit. Tonight, there are two girls I don't usually see, and they're moving the line along incredibly fast! They deserve kudos and a bonus! However, please consider letting go of the girl who talks too much—she took 1 hour and 12 minutes to get through just 8 cars. Yes, I timed it! Seriously, I come here before work because you're the only place open. I hope the two girls working tonight (it’s 9:30 PM on 7/03) will be around more often. Thank you, ladies! I wish I had gotten your names so your boss could recognize how great you're doing!
Hands down the worst coffee stand I've been too, holy heck.It took 45 minutes to get through the 3 cars in front of us (I wish I was exaggerating, but due to the nature of the parking lot we were trapped).I tried to order an Arnold Palmer (which they have as a menu item), but the gal didn't know what it was. It was a little shocking how much work it took to explain what it is.I usually like Bigfoot and seek them out for a consistent experience. This was not that, it was disappointing.
I love there drinks but the line to get one is ridiculous. I usually wait 15-25 minutes. I waste my whole lunch break waiting. Now my experience with every different barista so far has been rude or seems like they hate their job. Now sometimes they get the drink wrong which is fine, it happens. But if they make the drink wrong and you don’t notice before you leave the drive through. They’ve told me they won’t fix it. Now I’m trying to decide if there drinks are worth it or not.
First time visit-made the order wrong and super rude. Visit today and sat in line for 15-20 min to be told their tablets were dead. It’s 95 out and there is a 6 car line and could hear another customer upset that they weren’t telling people waiting in line. Won’t be visiting again! Reserva una mesa ahora
I tried and tried to give this place a chance but I just can't. Batista's are rude, quality of the drinks are a big miss very few hits. Look very closely cause they sometimes WON'T put your number in. Maybe it's just located in the wrong place and attitude comes with the territory.
