Cheltenham is in need of a simple, fast food, eat-in or take-out Asian restaurant. Unfortunately, Bintang Kitchen has missed the opportunity.While the prices are reasonable, I think they achieve this by using lower quality ingredients, particularly with regard to the meat. The service was friendly, the meal delivered promptly and hot, but once tried the disappointment set in. I will be willing to give this another try, maybe it was an off night, but only one more, another failure, and I wont be back.

I've been going to L'insolite for years with my wife (winter and summer), always bypassing the big touristy terrasse restaurants for this little one tucked
For location it doesn't get better than this! L'Insolite is located on the boardwalk in front of the church and faces the Mediterranean a few meters away!
