I love this place! Birrieria Guadalajara is consistent with their quality throughout the years i've been coming here. They have a few different locations however besides this spot (South Gate) i've tried the Santa Ana location once and it was the same flavor and quality as well. My go-to is the quesabirria which is a great portion for $5. Beware of there red salsa lol, I absolutely love spicy any and everything and this one takes the cake. I tried the tacos dorados for the first time from this restaurant, and it was a great experience. The cashier was friendly and professional, and she took the time to answer my questions, helping me make the best choice. The food was fantastic, and I will definitely be returning. I'm really happy to have discovered this place!
First time here and i must say the food was good. We ordered the quesabirria and it was good cheese and juicy!!! The birria burrito was good as well the burrito was juicy but not to the point where the burrito was falling apart. The meat has a really good taste and flavor. I will be back again.
