I really enjoy the pizza dough from Birritella. As someone who makes homemade pizza, I can confidently say it’s the best. Unfortunately, many supermarkets don't seem to know how to store it properly, or it ends up sitting on the shelves for too long. I'm not sure what the problem is, but it seems to get worse the farther I am from New York. The good news is that Birritella offers shipping in small quantities right to my doorstep! No more rummaging through supermarket bins only to find packages of dough with little black specks or yellowish liquid at the bottom. Now I can enjoy fresh dough straight from the source, and it's fantastic!
