This wasn't here a few months ago when i last visited Brighton but love a mirco pub so thought I'd give it a go. The selection was great and they let us try a few beers before we picked. There was a long table in the middle which is perfect cause there was quite a few of us. There were fridges along the wall stuffed with loads of cool craft beers, we had fun looking through qn picking one, more than enough to keep you interested. The beers on tap change frequently and staff were polite and knowledgeable. Prices werent extorenate or anything, exactly what youd expect, hope the bar does well. Is perfect if you want a reasonably quiet quality drink. Bonus point for having heaters in the smoking...
I recently met a friend for a drink in this newly opened bar and was surprised by a couple of things. The range of choice is outstanding if you can’t find a beer here you like you shouldn’t be drinking beer! They have literally hundreds of beers in the fridge and an interesting and eclectic range on tap and it’s clean and tidy. The wooden floors and Corten weathered steel topped bars lend a modern and clean finish. A great addition to Church Rd
Went in with a question regarding a hard to get beer... That’s guy was stocking a fridge and carried on while I had a conversation with the back of his head! I have a hearing impairment so this was very frustrating and I walked out. If staff don’t have the respect or manners to look at their customers then they need some serious training. Good range of beers but I took my money elsewhere. Learn some basic manners!
The Bison Pub is situated in the centre of Brighton. It is popular, so is noisy. Seating is both upstairs as well as down, with the bar downstairs on the ground floor. It has a pleasant environment which gives a relaxed, laidback atmosphere. There is a good selection of beers and other drinks as well as bar snacks and main meals desserts. Free biscuits are offered at the bar, which is a very nice surprise.

We took our girls for an early supper 16 12 we sat upstairs in a booth for 4. Great atmosphere loved the music really nice staff delicious halloumi starter and tortillas. Great range of burgers and small plates I shared the chocolate parfait with my daughter such a generous size we couldn't finish it! Will return and highly recommend.
Great selection of bottles and cans. Some really hard to get stuff and some great local beers. Decent prices aswell. Staff were knowledgeable and had excellent taste in music (Fleetwood mac). A must visit for whenever I visit Brighton in the future.
Wasn't sure when I first arrived, but it was such a cute place. Being able to try a range of IPAs was awesome. Next time will definitely have food here. Team were lovely and definitely could see myself making this place a regular haunt.
This place has the best range of anywhere in Brighton. They always have the newest and best beers available. The staff are friendly and helpful and happy to make suggestions based on what you're looking for.

We stopped to view what they had to offer. A fantastic selection of drink. Speaking to the owner, he advised he personally tries everything that comes in the shop.
All the beers you could ever dream of. Focus is on local but plenty from further afield available in package or draught.
