Bistro Bar Brise-Bise

This restaurant was 2 minutes from our hotel in the heart of Gaspe. My wife and three teen-aged kids went for dinner. My wife and I got a great salad with grilled chicken. The salad was great. Both of my sons had a hamburger and fries which came with a nice salad. My daughter got a chicken fajita. All of these dinners were excellent (I made it a point to exercise my dads rights to taste). The portions were also very large. The waitress was very nice and spoke english as well. Very pleased with our experience.

Large choix de plats. Formules tout compris intéressantes Service très sympa le tout dans un décor sympa. Tarifs raisonnables. Le restaurant n'a pas désempli de la soirée. Réservation sûrement recommandée mais nous sommes arrivés tot sans réserver et n'avons pas eu de soucis.

I was able to easily make the veggie burger vegan, but I found that it had a strange taste that I did not enjoy.

After 9 hours drive from Quebec City, we finally arrived in Gaspe, and this was the first restaurant we visited.

Unfortunately, Brise is almost the only restaurant in downtown Gaspe that serves half decent food.
