Our meals were served promptly, and the server checked in on us several times to ensure we were enjoying everything and didn't need anything else. The food presentation was excellent, and the dishes tasted great. The menu is somewhat limited, leaning towards either Italian or Asian cuisine, so it's best to choose either Italian dishes or Asian-inspired options. We opted for sushi rolls and chicken lo mein, both of which were very enjoyable. Overall, we had a wonderful time and will definitely return to this restaurant in the future.
This restaurant remains one of my top choices. They did an excellent job on New Year's Eve, offering some outstanding specials. Our waitress, Amanda, was truly one of the best. It was a wonderful evening from beginning to end.
The best bolognese in Red Bank! And if you're a fan of chicken Milanese, you definitely shouldn't pass this one up! The bistro is truly at the peak of its performance right now—make sure to check it out!
The Crispy Chicken Sandwich is truly a standout dish—absolutely amazing! Everything was excellent, and I love their food whether dining in the restaurant or enjoying takeout!

Bistro is one of my favorite restaurants. The food is absolutely delicious, the service is always great. Always my number one spot.
