My wife and I have been having dinner on a regular basis at BMC for many years and we have always been received in a very personal manner by the staff and the food, of course, is always outstanding. The waiting staff have a very significant knowledge of the menu food and wine and the presentation is fabulous. We would always recommend BMC to anyone looking for fine dining in a relaxed and friendly atmosphere
Just sensational. Had clients up from Melbourne. They loved it. The professional wait staff and wine recommendations were spot on. We loved the soufflé and the beetroot salad. The special snapper dish was lovely. To finish, the highlights were the creme brûlée and the bombe alaksa. Truely, this restaurant is always on point and a pleasure to dine at. Thank you. Mark.
We visited the Mosman establishment a few months ago and I can't stop thinking about it! Absolutely amazing food and service. When the waitress saw we were there for our wedding anniversary she brought us over a little chocolate treat each which was both lovely of her and tasted divine. The cheese souffle is to die for! Service fantastic. Can't wait to visit again.
Went for a celebratory lunch today, and I don't think we could've selected a better place to go. The staff were warm and professional, the food was incredible and the wine list exceptional. Lovely classic French bistro dishes, beautifully presented and perfectly cooked in a great space. Friendly efficient service. The Seared scallops with cauliflower veloute, mushrooms chestnuts were sublime and the Creme Brûlée was the best I have ever had. And yes the kids loved it too.
Great food, good wine, excellent service friendly staff. Ive been a few times now (working my way through the menu) and every meal ive had has been really good. Its now one of my favourite restaurants. I think the frozen espresso martini should be permanently on the menu though
The onion cheese soufflé and steak with Bernaise sauce is to die for, one of my fave meals of all time! And the staff are all so amazing and accomodating, it's the perfect place if you want to have nice meal out but still want to eat real food :

Just love this place. The crab omelette is to die for and the Bombe Alaska was so good we nearly ordered a second. If you haven't been go you won't be disappointed.
