Black Bear Diner Citrus Heights

We had a total of 6 people in our group. 3 had the meatloaf, burger, chicken fried steak, and I had the French Dip. Everything was amazing, we were all full, all meals were cooked really good, and we all had leftovers. Their meals are huge, I think we all maybe half of our meals. Service was truly spot on, checked on us, didn't have to ask for refills, man our waitress is pretty damn awesome.

This is painful. BBD is one of our favorite restaurants and our food tonight was good as usual. Our meal was a vegetarian omelette and a Joe's hobo omelette.The problem was additional avocado which is an additional cost and it was just gross. Now this is not like them but it was a huge miss. This would never happen in the store.We’ll be back, but we will expect better next time.

The experience was decent, but they messed up my order for the Cubs Grilled Cheese Sandwich. It's not a huge issue, but I found the soft drinks to be quite small considering the price. The dinner salad was also quite tiny and, while it tasted okay, I feel that the overall value is lacking for what you receive.

The food was quite good, and the service was decent as well. However, they do come to your table right away to check if you're ready to order. The first staff member who assisted us had a bit of an attitude when we requested water. Overall, it's a nice place to dine. Reserva una mesa ahora

The baked potato was undercooked, and the portion sizes were quite small compared to what I expected. However, the flavor of the meatloaf and chicken fried steak was excellent, and the salads were enjoyable. Unfortunately, the fish was overcooked.

The first picture is of the Meat Lovers Omelet, and the second one shows the breakfast sliders. The food was delicious and the portions were generous, so we even had leftovers to take home. The service was outstanding as well!

The food is good but the serving wasa snack. They used to feed you way more food and the prices seem a little more than before. Great food but not a great value anymore. I could have went anywhere for those small servings..

My wife's favorite dish is the Vegetarian Omelette, although it can vary depending on whether we have a chef who knows how to season it properly. However, the BIGFOOT Chicken Fried Steak is consistently amazing! Reserva una mesa ahora

This was the ideal dinner for Father's Day. Everything was wonderful. I didn't have to worry about cooking or cleaning up. Our waitress was incredibly attentive.

The food was really good. They have large servings, I couldn't eat it all. The service could be a little better but overall everything was good.
