I drive up and down this road about once a week.I had never seen this cafe even though it is obvious if you are looking. It is in one of about 10 shops in a small suburban strip that many years ago was the local centre. Now replaced by the mega centres. We only stopped as we had won a voucher in a charity auction, and the time to use it was running out. It was Sunday lunch on a cold and blustery day. We were not expecting much in the way of exciting food, but it was really good. I ordered Soup followed by Noodles and my wife had the Wagyu burger. All dishes were great. The staff were good at their job, and as they seemed to know most of the other customers, they obviously have a loyal follow...
This seems to be a local gathering place. In the main, the clientele appeared to be local and well known to the staff. I ate breakfast here one Saturday morning and thoroughly enjoyed the food. The service however was lacking somewhat - when I arrived the waitress turned her back on me and walked away leaving me to seat myself (just after seating someone else), they left something off my meal (poached eggs) that they brought out much later.... The vegetarian big breakfast (with eggs) was very nice except for the dollops of mustard on the side of the plate (I wondered if they had done this in error).
Stopped off in Centre Road and came across this amazing find.The staff were extremely friendly and we were greeted with big smiles and a warm welcome.A cold bottle of water was quickly placed on our table, whilst we browsed the extensive menu. So much to choose from.I settled for the Mediterranean Steak Sandwich which was huge! My partner chose the Spiced Chicken burger which was also huge. Both were fantasticWe will definitely return - thanks to Paul and all the staff
Had brunch on Friday, eat breakfast quite often, also eaten lunch & dinner on Friday nights. Paul the owner is friendly & obliging. Service always quick and the meals are always of a high standard. Never had a bad meal and they are very accomodating if you want to change something slightly. Always a great cup of coffee good baristas.I would recommend.

I went their with my work colleagues. The food was great and so was the service. Very friendly. We were quite a big group, but the kitchen seemed to handle it well. My favourite was the calamari as entree and the lamb as a main was delicious. Will definitely go again. I have also been there for breakfast. I can highly recommend it.
Black salt never lets you down with its sensational coffees and brilliant range of food to choose from. Whether it is for breakfast lunch or dinner, this is a great place to go.
Been here many times for breakfast/brunch and don't have any complaints. Staff are friendly, food is great, coffee is on point. Try the cevapcici sausages!
Took my grandson for afternoon tea after school. Coffee was good as was the hot chocolate. Lemon slice was disappointing but the kids biscuits were a hit

Order the poached eggs and they were over cooked to the point they were hard boiled. If you cannot cook poached eggs, you may as well give up now.
