Blue Sushi Sake Grill

This restaurant is located in the same building as the Courtyard by Marriott. The restaurant was clean and had a great atmosphere. My server (Mackenzie) was amazing and very knowledgeable. She has worked at the restaurant for four years and offered great suggestions. I had a hibiscus spiked margarita, the spicy edamame, an Alaskan roll, and a Rainbow roll. Food presentation was beautiful. I would recommend everything but the margarita. I just wasn't a fan of the after taste.

I gave this restaurant a 5-star rating not only because I work there, but also because I have been dining there since they opened in 2014. The staff is phenomenal and enjoys introducing customers to a unique side of sushi. They offer a variety of seating options and serve some of the best sushi in the Midwest. Visit us and indulge in a fantastic dining experience.

It's very rare to find a restaurant with vegan options so I love the menu selection. The vegan rolls were delicious, service was amazing, and the atmosphere was great. New favorite sushi place!

Blue has phenomenal food, fantastic service and a great atmosphere! Tons of vegan options and staff and manager are on point! Happy hour is an amazing deal!

Excellent sushi! Love the embiance. Hotel Cali and Crunchy L.A. (fried) are my favorite on the menu. Happy hour specials are awesome. Highly recommend!
