I see this location almost empty all the time so I hesitated to stop by the last few times. Each time ive been blown away by the service. This recent visit I forgot something after he told me my total and he was more than happy to add that on to my order.pulling around to the window i realized i forgot something else and he was completely understanding as he added that to my order as well at the window. The whole time he had a positive attitude. On top of it all the food was hot and fresh.highly recommend this location?
so my fiance and I got 2 meals which one was a regular whopper nothing changed on it, and another one was a bacon whopper plain... and that's what it says on the receipt, so either y'all forgot how to read or just had a dumb moment... how tf did we get two chicken sandwiches and a chicken wrap and yet missing a whopper? istg only in Columbus
I stopped in today to get lunch, and I am very happy that I did! The staff were very friendly, the restaurant was clean, and the food was very good!! I didn’t have to wait long for my food to be prepared, and I will definitely be going back.Parking: I don’t know the exact number of parking spots, but there is plenty of parking!
Every mobile order gets canceled, and the drive-thru is often left unattended. The soda machine is infested with flies, and the staff is rude, even though the place is almost always empty.

The food here is quite good compared to other Burger Kings. However, similar to McDonald's, the ice cream machine is often out of order. But you'll definitely get your order right.
They've reduced the size of the fish sandwich compared to what it used to be. During lunchtime, there wasn't enough staff at the counter to assist walk-in customers.

Hilliard BK is hands down the only consistent BK left in the state I'm afraid, whatever they do, I wish all the rest of them did the same.
