We waited far longer than anticipated to be seated, and the restaurant was almost empty, so it was surprising that they were so understaffed. Upon our arrival, there wasn’t a staff member in sight. The food took an unreasonably long time to arrive, and most of our orders were fried—four servings of chicken strips, a grilled chicken salad, a club sandwich, and breakfast items that included eggs, bacon, and toast, which we never received. The pancakes were cold and had a texture that reminded me of a Goodyear tire. I decided to try the biscuits that came as a side, but biting into one made me worry about losing a tooth; they tasted as though they had been sitting out for 2-3 days.
Next, I turned my attention to the chicken and eggs, which appeared to have been haphazardly thrown onto my plate. While the eggs were soft, fluffy, and tasted fine, the chicken was dry and rubbery, which contrasted sharply with the generous drizzle of honey on top.
Overall, I was very disappointed with my experience at Bob Evans and have no plans to return anytime soon.

My family and I had a wonderful brunch yesterday and even returned today! We had the pleasure of being served by Ms. Petrona both days, and she was an absolute delight! She was incredibly kind to us and took a special liking to our son. We arrived today after the lunch rush, around 4 PM, and initially thought the restaurant was closed. However, we soon discovered that this is actually the perfect early bird time for a peaceful experience. The food was outstanding, and everyone loved their meals. I believe we’ll be making this a weekly tradition!
Moreover, it's clear that this place needs better management, which might be affecting the quality of the food. Throughout my meal, my server was involved in a loud argument with someone at the front. Is it too much to ask to handle disputes professionally and away from customers? Overall, this experience was so disappointing that I won’t be coming back. Why would I spend my time and money here when IHOP can offer a better meal for less?

The customer service was great, very welcoming. The Mac and cheese was alright, the broccoli was tasty and the strawberry lemonade wasn?t good so I ordered a lemonade which was better. I loved the biscuit and chicken breast. I would go back and try the other food.
