As a person from the NYC Metro area, I've grown up enjoying delicious pizza, so finding authentic NY-style pizza outside of that region can be a challenge. In Northern Virginia, however, Paisanos has emerged as one of my top choices for satisfying my pizza cravings. It has quickly become my go-to place for delivery and takeout. The restaurant is always lively and can get a bit noisy at times. However, I am disappointed that even though they deliver to my home, their app does not currently include my location in their delivery radius, which prevents me from ordering through the app.
Feeling frustrated, I decided to leave without my order. Mistakes are understandable, but I was disheartened by the lack of an apology or any effort to resolve the issue—just an overall lack of courtesy. I've been a loyal customer for six years, and while the food is excellent, the service definitely needs improvement. They insisted I wasn't in their system, even though my name and phone number were the same. They previously told me my order would be ready in 15 minutes and provided a total. The food is great, but please improve your customer service!
I've ordered pizza from this place three times—twice for delivery—and each time has been disappointing! The pizzas were dry, burnt, and barely had any sauce or cheese. Tonight, I opted for carryout, hoping for a better experience, but sadly, the pizzas were still dry, burnt, cold, and hard, with hardly any cheese or sauce. This place is really not worth it! Paisonos, I recommend saving your money and time and choosing a different location.
Paisano's is a charming restaurant that specializes in takeout and delivery services. We chose to dine in and were glad to find a few tables available outside. The menu features a wide range of options, including pizza, sandwiches, salads, and pasta. Our meals were prepared quickly after placing our order, and both the sub and calzone we tried were delicious. The prices are reasonable, and the staff is very friendly.

I ordered a large Hawaiian pizza, and it was delicious! It had a generous amount of toppings, and while the sauce isn't the standout feature, it really ties everything together. The crust was soft and flaky. Overall, it's one of my favorite places to get pizza. The delivery took about 30 minutes, and the delivery person was very friendly.
They have a special promotion running from May 27 to 30, where you can get a large pizza with one topping for only $5.99. This offer is available for walk-in and pick-up orders only. The pizza is delicious, and the staff are very friendly.
The food at this restaurant is consistently excellent! I particularly enjoy the chicken gyro, the kids adore the pizza, and my husband is a fan of the gyro salad.
Awful pizza! This is truly one of the worst experiences I've had. I wouldn't recommend ordering from this place at all.
